We just picked up 10,000 3-part copies of the new Up-front Agreement from the printer! Thankfully, our commitment to this new version of the service work order is as large as the print order.
Tomorrow morning, we introduce the concept, form and logo to the entire company. This new "Up-front Communications Training" will begin at tomorrow's meeting. Although we'll only have time for an introduction, the techs will be able to use the new forms right away after the meeting.
This is the perfect time to get ready for the new air conditioning season. With the rising temperatures will come an increased demand for air conditioning service. The recent hail damage will become evident as well when the thermostats kick on for thousands of units all over Phoenix and surrounding cities. The new up-front agreements and training will go a long way in making sure every service call is a successful one.
