For those of you who joined in the action of the AMA Maintenance Mania on Thursday November 12th what a fun day of competition! With the best Maintenance Men and Women from around the valley representing numerous Management Companies the day was a huge success. You could hear people cheering on one another as they each competed for numerous competitions around the room. At the end of the day the winners of the individual competitions were announced and given awards. The top competitor of the overall fastest time in all of the competitions was announced and won a trip to the National Maintenance Mania where they will compete against other top scoring competitors from around the United States.<br />
The turnout for the day was said to be the largest turnout they have ever had in all Maintenance Mania. On behalf of the Team @ Rainforest Plumbing & Air we would like to say thank you to everyone that participated in this large event and making it such a huge success for the AMA.<br />

To those who donated time, money, and many other items it was a very successful day and a wonderfully completed project. The staff at the Ronald McDonald house (RMH) were truly appreciative of all of AACM’s efforts to beautify the RMH community that houses families while their children are being cared for at the Children’s Hospital. Rainforest joined over 150 volunteers in attendance. AACM’s Affiliate Partners and Management Company members will continue to help out the RMH though out the next few years to help maintain all the hard work that went into this HOPE Charity Event.<br />

These are places where people live and work and security is a basic expectation. Our customers appreciate that we pay attention to the problem of criminal employees working for vendors. CrimShield recently published a survey that 40% of employment candidates, who were NOT CERTIFIED because of a criminal record, have since become repeat offenders.
